What currency is the Seventh Row store in?
All prices are in USD and will be charged to you in USD. Your credit card (or PayPal account) will then convert these prices to your local currency, and so the exact price will be adjusted based on the exchange rate of your card or PayPal on that day.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership anytime. Log in to the website with your member account, click on the ‘My Account’ logo, then on ‘Subscriptions.’ Next to the details of your membership details, click on the green ‘View’ button, then on ‘Cancel’.
Alternatively, you can email us at email@example.com with ‘Cancel my membership’ in the subject line, along with your original order number for your membership (or the email address of your member account), and we will terminate your membership in a timely fashion. Your membership will be valid until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
I forgot to cancel my membership before it renewed. Can I get a refund?
Please contact us within 48 hours of your membership renewal for a full refund. After that, we will not be able to issue refunds. As a member, you will receive an email five days prior to your membership renewing to remind you of the renewal.
Can I buy individual ebooks?
Yes, anyone can buy ebooks. Members benefit from a 5-15% discount, depending on membership level, on all ebooks they purchase.

How can I read my ebooks?
Each issue is available as an ePub and a PDF. You can read ePubs in most e-reader apps, including Kindle and Kobo. When you purchase an eBook, a personal download link will be sent to your email within your receipt.
Can I give someone a Seventh Row gift?
Yes, you can purchase a gift card for any amount here.
Gift cards can be used on all products, including merch, ebooks, membership, and beyond.
How can I become a bigger supporter of Seventh Row?
You can donate to the Seventh Row and name your own price. One-time donations and recurring monthly donations will go towards helping us maintain the site and pay our hard-working writers, so that we can continue expanding.
Can I get a refund?
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent (or the membership benefits become active).

Can I cancel my order?
You cannot cancel your order for ebooks or gifts.

I’m trying to make a purchase, but my card keeps getting declined. How do I fix this?
This is mostly an issue for our American customers where banks are extremely vigilant about putting a hold on your credit card if they don’t recognize a merchant for any reason, and we assume they are confused by the charge from a Canadian company.
If you log into your credit card account online, and acknowledge the blocked charges as legitimate, this should clear the hold on your account, and allow future purchases from us to proceed unhindered. If you’re still experiencing a problem, please contact us so that we can help you resolve the issue.
